I would absolutely love another season, but I don't think it's happening. At least not anytime soon. This is one show where it is dangerous to judge an anime show by its first episode as I almost didn't watch this show because it I was expecting the show to turn out to be another one of those cliched slice of life shows. It quickly established itself as one about community once episode 4 rolls around, and that when this show starts to take off, and the results are amazing.
Sadly, I think since there hasn't been a second season yet, it's chance is gone. Novels 7-10.5 are what we have left.

And they're great! I started the beginning of 10.5 today (already read the time skip omake chapter at the end when they are 24 years old, Sorata and Mashiro's Christmas) and it again reminds me why this is so good, the characters are just great. I will have to buy Bunny Sempai volume 1 next month as I love how Hajime writes.

Most of this takes place at the same time as the 10th novel, just the final omake chapter doing the time skip again.

Oh man, I really do wish they'd animate the rest of it. So good!

Figured I'd leave these here in case anyone was curious about some of the places the series was modeled after.

With Google Maps.

They actually go to some well-known places like the Skytree, Asakusa, and well... Narita Airport, so some people might already have pictures of scenes from the show and not realize it.
