End of Evangelion after marathoning the entire series made me depressed, no tears, but I was effectively a corpse for 3 days after watching it. Best depression I've ever had.
I've had a tear or two escape my eyes and roll down my cheek for:
TTGL- "huh, Aniki? Aniki....?"
LOGH - halfway into the series, someone important dies. MANLIEST of man-tears...with mustaches

Excel Saga - Tears of laughter, that show is hysterical.
Macross F 2nd movie - tears of EPIC MUSIC BATTLE ROYALE
Rebuild of EVA 1.0 and 2.0 tears of FUCKING EPIC BOSS BATTLES
If it's awesome enough and the music and story share the same pulse, a superb action scene will bring a tear to my eye. such beautiful destruction....
