Since I was out of the country for like four weeks, I had no idea of anything new on tv...

But then when I turned on my tv, I kinda found out that our free tv are showing dubbed Puella Magi Madoka Magica xD

Yaaay! Just wanted to point that out to any Australian users. :p

This just makes me even more sad at how deprived of anime the UK is.

Same here, in the US all they show on tv now (as far as I know) is the super mainstream stuff like bleach, naruto, pokemon, etc. Theres so much good unique anime out there why only show one kind!?!

Just you xD Just kidding, it's all down to personal preference lol.

I find Dub (especially American dub) absolutely horrible. The terrible pronunciations and the cheesy exaggerations on certain sounds... eurgh. So cringey!

The ONLY dub that is better than the original Japanese voice cast is Hellsing. And that's because it's set in England so the English cast fits better than the high-pitched squealing Japanese cast (Integra, for example.)

What about Cowboy Bebop, Baccano!, Black Butler, Chrono Crusade, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom, Black Lagoon, Spice & Wolf, etc. which are set in more westernized places? No offense, but I think your basis for disliking dubs (any kind) is a little unfounded..

Unfortunately, even on Crunchyroll, my favourite anime can't be viewed in my region, while in the US it can.
