i think sky girls is underrated it's got a bad rap for being a "crappy strike witches" (which i don't think so i mean there are similarities but hey nothing is new under the sun) and for the record the anime was made before strike witches but i believe strike witches manga was published first lol anyway they are both good
divergence eve is good too imo except for the shitty cg lol

I actually seen Ergo proxy, I agree its underrated as well.The only thing i didn't like was the ending, but still a great anime. And I seen like 10 episodes of Moonphase, I kinda got a bit bored afterwards, might watch the rest later on.

Personally, I wouldn't say it's inderrated as was really popular in East Asia and Europe, especially in the U.K. When the series finished, the cast went on your to various International Anime Expos to spread the name and increase publicity so I don't think it's that unknown. I for one love Durarara for its great storyline and critically subtle character personalities + the good visual art and I'm sure I'm not the only one (^з^)-☆

Well if you don't mind an old ova, I would recommed Black Magic M-66. One of the best uses of an elevator i've seen anywhere.
