EDIT: FansubDB has Rou Kyuu Bu! SS which is the second season of Rou Kyuu Bu listed as a Summer 2013 series. It will be interesting to see if anybody streams it since Warner Japan bought back some of the rights to the first series(TheAncientOne can probably confirm if Sentai/TAN still has the streaming rights.).

Yes, TAN still has it available for streaming, and all episodes are available for free:
http://www.theanimenetwork.com/Anime/Ro-Kyu-Bu-Fast-Break/Watch

As one might expect, that also means it is available on Hulu:
http://www.hulu.com/ro-kyu-bu-fast-break

I suppose the real question is what impact this would have on licensing it for streaming? Would the company be reluctant to license it for streaming? Would Sentai be as interested in it since they would be unlikely to obtain a home video license? Perhaps we could see CR get it as a sub-license from Sentai this time around, with the first series coming along for the ride (albeit with only US & Canada rights).

In spring anime news, I would expect a company wouldn't release a music CD of a series before it started airing, in which case we should have another sequel that we can assign to the spring schedule:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2013-02-08/haiyore-nyaruko-san-w-cds-listed-on-april-24-by-retailer

The following lends more evidence to the rumor that the second Oreimo series this spring will be a two cour series:

ANN confirms that Haiyore Nyaruko-san W is a Spring 2013 series and FansubDB has it listed twice(!) with either AT-X or TV Tokyo as the premiere station. Countdown still has it as a 2013 series without a season.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2013-02-09/haiyore-nyaruko-san-w-advance-promo-streamed

Since I loved the first season, the second season is something that I am eagerly anticipating. I imagine that will be a Crunchyroll get(since it is a TV Tokyo series).

As for the 2nd season of Oreimo , when I read that ANN article, I also thought "wow, it's going to be 2 cours!" because it would have to be two cours to have a chance at properly adapting the light novels to the end. Given the series popularity, and the fact that the first season was simulcast(by ANN) and later added to Crunchyroll as a catalog title, I think that will be a big simulcast for Crunchyroll(and would certainly help their Summer numbers too although Crunchyroll gets a lot in the summer too).

Yup! I am guessing that TV Tokyo will be airing it just like Season 1 which would be the first station to premiere it in Japan.

Is there a chance that the series might be divided into a two core series but running in different seasons of the same year like how Jormungand, Horizon S2, or Fate/Zero may have done? (as in taking a break for the summer and then airing the second half in Fall)

I haven't seen that lately but was quite excited to see that it will conclude the LN.

I wonder how long it will take for someone to clean up that dual listing.

Countdown now has it listed on the "Upcoming" page as a spring 2013 series. As I understand it, it is effectively a one person operation, so I can understand them being slower to update.

I don't know if you noticed, but FansubDB has removed Higurashi Outbreak as a spring 2013 series. (Countdown still has it listed at the moment).

I would say that is a distinct possibility. I would expect that if that is so, it will be made known from the outset (like Jormungand and Fate/Zero), rather than near the end of the first run (like Horizon).

Norza has an updated chart from Nihonomaru. Version 0.4a.
http://i5.minus.com/iX4AgRijl5jGT.jpg

It includes Tenpou Suikoden NEO (Countdown lists it under Spring 2013).

Also FansubDB and Countdown appear to have Karneval as being on April 4(Japanese time) or "4/3 26:48" in FansubDB's case. Countdown has it at 2:38 a.m JST. FansubDB could be correct given how hpulley translated the TV airing schedule(since I usually see 26:48 instead of 2:48 and the 26:48 time could be correct given Japan's 27 hour broadcast clock)

Sorry, it says 4月3日より毎週水曜深夜2:48 which is weekly Wednesdays 2:48 past midnight from 4/3 on. I first assumed it was still on 4/3 but now I think it should be read as 2:48 after midnight the night of 4/3 which would actually make it 4/4... and really early Thursday morning the way we would think of it but I suppose that is Wednesday night...

It will very likely be handled by Aniplex, and looking two Aniplex titles for the current season (Oreshura and Vividred Operation), both included the UK.

Haven't read the descriptions of Spring animes. I'll decide when it's spring time but I'll definitely wait for Oreimo 2 and I'll try Date A Live.
