More Oreimou!?
Is it like another 13 episodes +3 specials or something?!
dokidokidokidoki

And a Hanasaku movie?! Aaaaaaahhhhh!
Best. Day. Ever.
This is gonna be a good year.

Yes, 3 OVAs and drama CDs for Oreimo 2 in addition to 13 regular episodes. Sadly that may mean we don't get the OVAs on Crunchyroll... again like season 1.

Looking forward to Hanasaku Iroha Home Sweet Home!

Well thanks for informing me on this, i usualy don't do much research on the sales and releases. I'll look more into that. :]

It is fun but can also be depressing when your favorite show is below the break even line... which means you have to read the novels to find out what happens!

CR simulcasting devil survivor 2 as expected. I expect 2 more announcments today. Hoping karneval and or maou sama are next. Maou sama is showgate so its highly likely.

Sentai will likely annouce their license of it within a few days.

DEVIL SURVIVOR 2 THE ANIMATION will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, and Scandinavia.

The series page will be up soon at www.crunchyroll.com/devil2.

Check back in a bit for more show announcements today!

Karneval could be next. But then again so could a late Red Data Girl or Dansai no Bunri Crime Edge or the other Showgate title that premieres really soon Hataraku Maou-sama (The Devil is a Part-Timer).

But the breakeven line is just a rule of thumb ~ a series with particularly bad merch sales could still fail to gain a sequel even though it hits the line, and a series that, for instance, is helping sell a lot of extra novels or tankoubon might get continued even though its below the line.

You're absolutely right. Only the producers know if they want to gamble on a show again, whether they made money on the discs, novels, figures, hug pillow covers, etc. or if they lost money. And whether they think they could make money with a sequel of a show or with a new series instead. But poor disc sales don't help.

With Kokoro Connect my real worry has been the reverse: bad press affecting the novel and manga adaptation negatively. I will be interested to see the sales of the novel though I think the ruckus was already out in the press when the last one came out. I am just very glad to have the final novel in my hands, it would have really been crappy to miss the end of the story for something like that!

Pleasantly surprised to see Devil Survivor 2 added. I'm a huge fan of the stories in Atlus games, but DS2 isn't one I'm familiar with. I'm looking forward to it. My only concern is that it a lot of story might get crammed into few episodes.

Nyarko-san W is the second annoucement today
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2013/04/03/crunchyroll-to-stream-nyarko-san-another-crawling-chaos-w-anime

Based on the stories written by Manta Aisora, and inspired by H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu mythos, Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos W is set to broadcast every Sunday starting on April 7th at 10:05 am Pacific Time for its premium members. Free members will be able to view one (1) week after initial broadcast on Crunchyroll.

NYARKO-SAN: ANOTHER CRAWLING CHAOS W will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: Worldwide except Japan for Premium members and USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden for Free members.

If there is a third annoucement today, it obviously will be Hayate Cuties (although Hataraku Maou-sama would have to be announced today to be on time since it premieres tomorrow morning our time)

So far CR has only acquired 1/8 shows I wanted to watch (Devil Survivor 2 of course). I'm actually a little disappointed...... It's very unusual for them

Only one box left, hoping more boxes are added soon.
Seeing this season has just started, I'm somewhat surprised CR still hasn't add anymore at this point.
