I wonder if Date A Live will be Funimation's next "simulcast". Of course not seeing anything about Red Data Girl makes me slightly nervous. I don't think Funi has ever gotten a PA Works animated one and Sentai has licensed most of those.

They are Kadokawa so a delay would be strange... I can't even recall any Kadokawa simulcasts on CR being announced late.

(Ignore the post before the edit, that was just Funi's servers taking ages to load).

I think Ebiten was announced about a week after it started airing on Tokyo MX. That was a similar situation as this season, except it pre-aired on NicoNico a whole season before the television airing, as opposed to only a few weeks between the airings for this season's RDG and Date A Live.

Yay, CR got the Leviathan anime.

Zettai Boei Leviatan, based on the mobile game by GREE is set to broadcast every Saturday starting on April 6, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time for its premium members. Free members will be able to view this series one (1) week after initial Crunchyroll broadcast.

Zettai Boei Leviatan will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Turkey, Central America, and South America.

Gonna be interesting to see Bahamut as a cute girl.

One more announcement today and Gonzo is the publisher on Leviathan. It's great that Gonzo is back and still has a strong relationship with Crunchyroll.

Added it to my queue so I have 5 series to watch this Spring(I have Devil Survivor 2 in my plan to watch later list so that would technically be 6).

Meanwhile over in the UK, Anime on Demand remains silent. I haven't noticed any UK shaped holes in CR's announced simulcasts thus far, either. Could this be the end?

Even if they don't get anything new for the season, they will need to stick around for a while to complete some series. If the next episodes come out on Friday as scheduled, they will be on episode 8 of Maoyu and episode 7 of Problem Children.

So far, I think it's just Samurai Bride. Given that Kaze had Samurai Girls, I wouldn't be surprised if they hold the European rights for this one.

No surprise but Sentai licensed Photo Kano

Wonder if AoD will have that too.

EDIT: Huge news. Galgantia will be on Crunchyroll
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2013/04/05-1/crunchyroll-to-stream-gargantia-on-the-verdurous-planet-anime

Featuring scripts and original concepts by Gen Urobuchi (Fate/Zero, Puella Magi Madoka Magica), Gargantia is set to broadcast every Sunday starting on April 7, at 10:00a.m. Pacific Time for its premium members. Free members will be able to view this series one (1) week after initial Crunchyroll broadcast.

Regions make me think this is a direct license from YTV

GARGANTIA ON THE VERDUROUS PLANET will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: U.S.A., Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, South Africa, Turkey, Brazil, and Portugal.

CR has gargantia and has quite a bit of regions attached too it: http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2013/04/05-1/crunchyroll-to-stream-gargantia-on-the-verdurous-planet-anime
Also gargantia is not airing on ytv. Its probably a special case for BV since apparently they wanted to have a big marketing for north american audience.

It'll air on ytv, but it's not the first station:

And the time appears to line up with YTV's broadcast.

Monday - 25:58 Yomiuri TV (ytv)

I think CR's time for it is an hour off though since the stream seems to when it airs rather than the normal 1 hour behind it.

So, I was right earlier. CR sure loves mecha series this season; got pretty much all of them although gargantia on the verdurous planet looks to be one of the best so far imo.

CR is streaming it a few hours after the Tokyo MX/Bandai Channel airings on Sunday, not the ytv airing on Monday (effectively Tuesday in Japan).

You're correct. Had a slight brain fart when I was mentally converting the Japanese time to ours. It's something like 4 hours behind the Tokyo MX airing. (Sorry about being a day off there).
