First concert I went to with family was a long long time ago. Not even sure what year it was but at least 10-15 years ago. It was a beach boys concert with John Stamos playing the drums for awhile. Didn't care for it much but sadly that was the first. After that it was a family concert with Blue Oyster Cult and that was a little better. I don't remember my first concert on my own too well. It was either 3 Doors Down or Godsmack with Saliva and some other one or some combination of those three. I just remember lots and lots of pot.

Ummm... let's see.... When I was a kid, some band I can't even remember did a show at the high school and I went and saw that; I also saw the Kingsmen (of "Louie, Louie" fame) at the county fair, and a friend of mine dragged me to a Less Than Jake concert a couple hours' drive from my hometown, but he only liked the opening acts, so we watched those and then left before the main act came on.... Also, in middle school, I went and saw an orchestra perform something at a nearby Bach festival, but I fell asleep, not because I dislike classical music (I love a lot of it) but because it was at night and the music was soothing. So, I think what I'd consider my first real concert was 2007 when my wife and I saw the Dropkick Murphys along with the Tossers and (I think) the Briggs. (We also saw them a couple years later with Civet and H2O.) On the subject of Tegan & Sara, I've seen them twice myself; they're great live. I hope you have fun!

I've never been to a concert. Nobody comes to the boonies except country musicians, and I don't like country.

I started going to warped tour annually since I was 13, and I saw Toh Kay live once, but sadly I don't have the ears to go to anything else.

Went to Ozzfest 2002 with them and was so mad at myself. I ended up falling in and out of consciousness during their show because I had a bad cold and couldn't sleep the night before either. They played at the very end so I managed to last quite awhile but not long enough.

The first live show I went to was, ironically, for a band called Live. A 90's alt rock band I saw 2 nights in a row at the Jones Beach Ampitheater back when I was still in high school, or at least recently graduated. Those were the days when Nirvana, Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins. AIC and Dave Mathews Band were in their prime, mid to late 90's... around there.

1st was Fleetwood Mac's Tusk concert. The best was 1984 Adam Ant at D.A.R. Constitution Hall, seen countless concerts but his was the best "show" ever. HFSfestivals used to be great, a lot of good acts packed into one day.

First concert was Buddy Guy. Most fun was probably warped tour, I have gone a couple times.

My first concert was only a few months ago. It was a performance of Brahms's 4th symphony as well as Sibelius's Concerto in D Minor (performed by Ray Chen). I must say, it was great! I went with my parents, but they aren't really too interested in classical music.
I was actually a little bit embarrassed, since most of the others there were rather old. There were only a few people there below the age of 30. It almost looked like a senior center lol.
