Well some people are not so smart to handle a conversation at a decent level,i think that's the kind of person that can be called dumb,i'm pretty sure the best you can do is to ignore them.

I don't find myself around stupid people normally. At least not vocal ones.
But if I had to deal with them I'd probably just ignore them. Or let my cat
have a go at them. She eats souls.
