Surprisingly, the only anime I own that is bloody is Elfen Lied. I fell in love with it. Then there is Fist of the North Star. Terrible drawings(IMO), but an awesome story-line. Y es, I realize that's how they drew anime back in the 80's. 
Sadly, that's all that I can think of at this moment in time.

BLACK Lagoon Just the Shootouts at The Yellow Flag,Revy the Gunslinger and Roberta's Rampage alone are bloody.If you add in the rest of the shooters hitmen its among the bloodiest animes Ive seen.
