Bloodiest Anime you've seen

Hellsing Ultimate, Another, Eflen Lied, Deadman Wonderland, Btooom, Afro Samurai, of what I've seen so far. I can't remember how bloody HOTD was, plus there's another series or two I've seen that were pretty bad.

If the Hunter x Hunter anime currently airing is anything like the manga in terms of violence, it could quite possibly rank up there among the bloodiest.

Thank you for reminding me, this was one of the other anime I saw that was pretty bad, or at least what I think I remember of it. What I do remember is that I saw gore and knew I was going to enjoy the series. Not that I seek out gore, but my rule of thumb is that if it has gore then it's going to be good. Why? Because you know you'll either be disturbed or enjoy some good action.
