Elfen Lied would definitely be the bloodiest I've seen. I'm not always in that genre. Though that one episode of Ghost Hunt was pretty gorey, it still doesn't compare to Elfen Lied.
There is another gorey anime on my "to watch" list but for the life of me I can't remember the title. The one with the alternate realities in which various people go insane and become murders...most probably know what I'm talking about.

I will go with Elfen Lied on this, even though I didn't watch the full series. I only made it through the first 5 minutes of it, then dropped it, and let me tell you, that the first 5 minutes had more blood than all the Anime I watched put together. lol

Dead man wonderland was really bloody an in the first five minutes or so in the series an entire class is brutally murdered and there is blood everywhere it looked almost as if they all laid on top of a bomb as it went off and blew everyone apart

As for the quote if your not old enough please do not watch some of these anime actually anything but higurashi wouldn't be something I would reccommend to someone under the age of consent its up to your parent. There are a lot more to this list since I have been around for awhile but most of the anime we got over here back in the day more or less consisted of tentacle rape and is now considered hentai. lol

Calm down, that first sentence makes you sound like a know-it-all dick.
I've watched tonnes and tonnes of anime, just none of the ones you listed. I don't care for anime with lots of bloodshed as they tend to be boring as hell.
I prefer other series' that actually have an interesting progressing plot, instead of "BANG BANG *DIES* *Fires beam of light killing everybody* *scream*.
