I just dropped it from my queue. I really can't think of anything more than watching someone try to sell vegetables every week. And this "Hero" is exactly the kind of unrealistic pansy that makes me frustrated with anime as a whole. The beautiful woman who he's in love with, lives with, and has devoted his life to, blatantly throws herself at him and he flees in terror. Give me a frickin break. Only in anime.

Yea, this last episode ticked me off because the Hero has an awesome woman who wants to be with him and he's scared he's of know use to her. If you were of no use, she would kick you to the curb. Man up and don't leave her in pain. Too early to be dropping IMO.

Yeah, I completely agree with you on that. Yuusha is the type of harem anime protagonist I can't stand... and its not even a harem anime! If I had Maou tossing herself at me, and professing her undying love to me, I wouldn't be hiding in a room for six months pretending to be elsewhere! As Swordstyle said: give me a frickin break. That said, I am still going to watch it because I like Maou... and I want to see where this story goes.

He, was not hiding in the room for six month and pretending to be elsewhere, he was six month elsewhere fighting with demon generals, helping elfes, harpies, slime girls, cow girls, looking for his former party member, and so on. Though, he occasionally did return from his quests. At least, Maou still has her Yuusha dakimakura.

Absolutely no arguments there. It's an amazing show. Once Maoyu starts following the ED images, I think people will have fewer complaints about this show, but that's just a guess. It is still very similar to S&W though Horo really made that show.

I think why this one intrigues me is because the Demon Queen wants to work together with the Hero to stop actual war and show humans economic and agriculture principles. I know in reality it's impossible, but it's interesting nonetheless to put out the fact a demon wants to help humans while also helping the demons in an attempt to "try" and subdue the tension as much as possible. That's also why Blue Exorcist interested me because the son of Satan wants to defend humans and those he cares about and willingly will oppose his father.

QFT +1 everything that airs after Kotoura just doesn't reach her level.
