Hey guys, lugiamania back for today's final announcement, Da Capo III!

The third installment of the visual novel adaptation will air on Crunchyroll Monday, January 7, 2013, starting at 7:00am PST for Premium members. As always, free members can catch the episodes one week later at the same time slot.

Da Capo III will be available to Crunchyroll's audience in the following territories: U.S.A, Canada, Central/South America, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

Da Capo III is a Japanese romance visual novel developed by Circus that was released earlier this year. It is the third main installment of the Da Capo visual novel franchise. The anime adaptation will be directed by Kenichi Ishikura.

“On the island of Hatsune, where the spring scenery lasts all year round, stands a large cherry tree that never withers. This mysterious cherry tree, rumored to grant any wish, is the symbol of Hatsune Island. However, one day, it suddenly turns into an ordinary tree...

The scent of spring enhances this slightly bittersweet tale of Sakura and the Kazami Academy Newspaper Club.”

Whats up everyone,

keikawa here hijacking lugiamania's thread to bring you guys ANOTHER fresh new anime for the winter 2013 season: BAKUMATSU GIJINDEN ROMAN!!!!

Starting on Monday January 7, at 11 a.m. Pacific Time, users in the following territories will be able to check out BAKUMATSU GIJINDEN ROMAN for the first time: U.S., Canada, Caribbean, Central America, South America, and Latin America.

To tickle your interest for this new anime with artwork inspired by Lupin III, here's a breakdown of what you can expect to see:

“The stage is the close of the Edo period, an age when, not unlike our own time, both natural and man-made disasters left chaos in their wake. Manjiro makes a living helping the people of the troubled capital city, but behind the scenes, he also works in secret to take back precious belongings stolen from the people by unjust political powers and conspiratorial menaces. The people call him ‘Get-backer Roman.’

BAKUMATSU GIJINDEN ROMAN is a novel, action-packed period anime following the activities of Roman and his friends as they strive for the dreams they believe in, despite the great trials and tribulations of their time. The series may even deliver a sharp jab to our own modern generation. The underlying hope is to inspire all those feeling trapped and depressed by modern society to laugh off the despair of this chaotic age and to give them the courage to face anything even when they feel the most helpless.”

And now, for the second announcement this morning, we've got the second season of the comedic 3D CG series gdgd Fairies, gdgd Fairies 2 coming your way on Crunchyroll!

gdgd Fairies 2 will be available to Crunchyroll's audience worldwide except for Japan, and launches next Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 10:40am PST for Premium members! Free members will be able to watch it one week later, starting January 16, at the same time slot.

gdgd Fairies 2 centers around three little fairies with weak magical powers, and their antics and misadventures in Fairy Forest. The series is animated via 3D computer graphics, with character designs by director Sota Sugahara, who is also directing this season's Boku-no-imoutowa”Osaka-okan”. The stars of the show are pkpk, the innocent pink-haired fairy, shrshr, a high-spirited blonde fairy, and krkr, the emotionless purpled-haired fairy with a dark sense of humor.

The show casts voice actress Suzuko Mimori as pkpk, whose other works include Himiko of BTOOOM! and Moe Sato from Poyopoyo, Kaoru Mizuhara as shrshr, known for her work as Saki Amano from Kanamemo, and Satomi Akesaka, who also voiced Miho Edogawa from Level E and Henriette from Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, as krkr.

Good morning everyone! Lugiamania here with even MORE winter season announcements! First up is the spin-off from Psychic Squad (known as Zettai Karen Children in Japan): THE UNLIMITED Hyobu Kyosuke.

THE UNLIMITED Hyobu Kyosuke will be launching on Crunchyroll next Monday, January 7, 2013 at 10:35am PST for premium members. As usual, free members can view the episodes one week later starting January 14, at the same time slot.

THE UNLIMITED Hyobu Kyosuke will be available to Crunchyroll's audience worldwide except for Japan.

A spin-off of the original Zettai Karen Children series, THE UNLIMITED Hyobu Kyosuke is focused on the titular character, Kyosuke Hyobu, a man in possession of ESP powers who wants to wipe out normal humans after his former instructor tried to kill him. Also joining the cast are new anime-only characters, Yuugiri and Andy Hinomiya.

The series is being helmed by director Shishō Igarashi, and is being animated by the studio manglobe, who have also produced other titles such as Samurai Champloo and The World Only God Knows. Voice actor Koji Yusa will be reprising his role as Hyobu, with Nao Touyama and Junichi Suwabe cast as Yuugiri and Andy, respectively. The opening theme song is “Last Resolution” performed by Emblem of THE UNLIMITED, and the ending “Outlaws” is by eyelis.

Long live TV Tokyo and their worldwide simulcasts! Without them, a lot of anime fans from Europe and Asia would only have 3-minute series to watch for most seasons.

I'm getting quite disgusted that CR hasn't corrected their error. Cardfight! Vanguard!! Asia Circuit isn't continuing. The series ended this past week. The third series stars on January 13 in Japan, titled Cardfight: Vanguard!! Link Joker Hen, but they shouldn't be listing Asia Circuit as a continuing series when it is OVER.

The UNLIMITED sounds very interesting, though I do like to see originals before spinoffs. I'd hope they'd get the original as a catalog title, but they have never gotten Saint Seiya's original series as a catalog title, so there's no guarantee.

Here's hoping that Kuroko's Basketball 2 is one of the titles as well.
