Claymore.
I was like "really? the fuck is this shit?" and didn't get over just how crappy the ending was for weeks. It was so bad that i've been unable to go back and watch Claymore, a series I thought was really good, since. |

^ I would say this. I mean, it couldn't have ended any other way but still felt like I wanted to see more of a conclusion. Like seeing Menma (or whatever her name is) reincarnated or something...I dunno...couldn't really have ended any other way but really love the anime! And just from recently watched anime I would say Mirai Nikki effected me pretty good. Like I seriously never knew what was going to happen next. The anime was totally crazy but at the end the love between those two was totally 'humanized' (if anyone knows what I'm talking about?) and it just seemed complete. I had to read a little bit in the manga to see the complete ending but great nonetheless. Hesper88 wrote: Most endings affect me because I hate when my journey with a certain group of characters comes to an end.. Whether it's in an anime, book, or video game. The first one that instantly popped into my head anime-wise was Nana. I know, right? Like I know you can always go back and re watch an anime, but the journey would never the same after the first time you watched it. I hate finishing animes. |

Now If we're talking saddest... *H20: Footprints In The Sand had a crazy ending that felt like someone took a 9mm and pulled the trigger to my gut. *Angel Beats had a really sad ending and REALLY needs a season 2. Then there's *Maid-Sama, which is the only anime to make me cry, ever, but that's because the ending was so awesome.. and wasn't sad at all which make this anime irrelevnent to the topic >.> anywaaayy
Now if we're talking worst/left you hanging... Then I really have to say *Oreimo really left going like, "wtf??? this can't be the end of the anime". Then *Angel Beats, again, is the one that left me hanging because you can't just be having "you know what" (if you seen the end of this anime you would know what I'm talking about) happen and just end it without a season 2!!! Unacceptable in my opinion. |
