This one really surprised me. It's probably one of the best romance/comedy manga's that I have ever read. If you haven't given it a read, I suggest you do. Here's the synopsis.
Based off a real story which was posted on 2ch, Molester Man is the story of how Molester Man is mistaken for a stalker by Miss Understanding, and how they overcome their personal challenges while slowly growing closer to each other.

The basis of all his judgement is from online forums and games. He really does have terrible terrible decision making, but I can't say I didn't enjoy reading it. It was very interesting.

I tried reading this manga but found it incredibly boring. The paradigm was ironic, but it was so similar to reading a dating blog that I couldn't even make it through the first installment.

Every time I see the word Molester, I see Mole Star, and then I want to create a saturday morning cartoon based on 5 moles who combine their powers to become Mole Star: Saviors of the World.

its is GREAT. just really really GREAT. i just read it just cuz of the title, cuz i had nothing else to read and i just wanted to read a bit just for giggles, but i find out its different despite its title. LOVE ITTT

Thanks for the suggestion! I just read up to chapter 7 and I'm loving it. I find it too hard to believe the guy who posted the story on 2ch didn't just make it up. If he really didn't then I'm so jealous |

It has arguably a lot of reading, but I enjoyed it anyway. I am not repulsed by walls of text. The translation was good, too. Overall, it was a good read. It should be worth your while in my opinion.
EDIT: I forgot to mention a couple of things:
1. The manga is not about molesting girls. It's not even ecchi. It's already mentioned, but I have to point that out again because of the title.
2. The art style may not appeal you at first, but in my case, it did grew on me.
