UNPOPULAR OPINION ALERT: Attack on Titan :/ I see how popular it is and see people fangirling over it and talking about how amazing it is, but idk. I never got into it no matter how hard I tried. I watched around 8 episodes TWICE and yet I never liked it and it's just a weird thing because everyone seems to be in love with it.

Watamote. Too bad that it was so repetitive that it got boring and annoying.

I want to get into OreImo as well, but the characters and the concept is just... ugh.

Same here, believe it or not. The world has gone so nuts for it, I'm expecting it might even break through to main-stream success--I've seen several articles about it in non-anime related papers (one even in Business Week!) But I stopped following the silmucast about ten episodes in, and I'm only a few more past that. It's still in my queue but I rarely have the urge to watch it.

It's not that it's bad. It's just not...I dunno, I just can't get into it.

Go ahead, hate me world.

Cowboy Bebop: I honestly don't know what it was, after episode seven I just got bored of it. I can see why people praise the crap out of it, but I guess it's not for me.

One Piece: I've tried and tried again mutiple times to jump on to the bandwagon that is One Piece, but everytime I fall off. I watched the anime up until they got Chopper, and read the manga on and off, I got to Impel Down and I had to stop before my mind commited suicide. I get that the characters have good chemistry, and it has a good adventurous tone, but I can't for the life of me get into it

I got into it because it pimped out on the home page here, I like it but I can look at it without being surprised that it wouldn't be for everyone, so I don't think it should be considered weird to not like it just because it's popular, as much as I love it, I think it's more weird that IS popular than the fact some people wouldn't like it.

I watched Cowboy Bebop the movie, loved it, bought it. I have never watched a single episode of the series, ever. I want to, but can never put in the effort for reasons unknown.

For me it's Lucky Star and the melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

For whatever reason I cannot find any enjoyment in either of them. I have watched every episode of both anime, and I felt like I wasted my time. I loved Azumanga Daioh so I hoped I would like these too...

I used to be into bleach.

I was completely caught up around episode 50, I stopped watching them as soon as I could, Next thing I know, they had 300+ Episodes.
IMO, A good run ends within 10-25 episodes.

Gintama - some of the episodes are funny, but it gets boring and repetitive

Bleach - Everything beyond seireitei arc is basically shit

SnK - Decent plot, good animation, but main character is shit. Premise is kinda cheap, basically titans are oversized zombies

I am struggling hard to get into Hitman Reborn. I really am. But...it just sucks so horribly. I've been told that I just have to make it through the first season or two and it gets better....but dear God...it's like some sick form of torture. I-pin the gas assassin? Really? No, seriously...really?

Really?

Cowboy Bebop. It's clearly a good show, but it didn't really interest me.

Shakugan no Shana. I found myself not caring about anything that happened. Also one of the most forgettable male protagonists ever. Never once even remembered his name.

Another. This "want to love" feeling is strongest with this one. Everyone loves this show from what I've seen. I'm a huge fan of Elfen Lied, Higurshi, etc. but this show didn't leave an impression on me at all.

Warning! After reading this long list it may seem that I dislike all anime, this is false.

I agree with the Naruto one. I feel like it just drags on and on, and I never really got into it. I feel like if I put more time to care about it I might grow attached to some of the characters though.

Also, Ouran High School Host Club. Like I watched it all the way through twice and still just have this feeling of dissatisfaction. Haruhi was kind of the only character I could tolerate. I think the idea of rich boys that girls faint over just sickens me a bit.

Have to add Ghost in the Shell too. The opening and the idea behind seemed really cool but then it's just downright boring, sorry. I WANTED to like it, jeez.

Dragon Ball Z
. Never was into it as a kid and to me it just seems really overrated. I don't like when all of the characters are pretty much on steroids from that much muscle/power. I like the idea of a more hidden power within that is more subtle. So I guess this one sort of isn't on the list since I never really wanted to like it ;>>

Sailor Moon. Don't get me wrong, I watched this as a child as I did pretty much every other cartoon that kept me occupied. But I tried re watching this the other day and I could not stand it. Serena, I'm sorry, but she annoys the hell out of me. I think I just might be too old for Sailor Moon since it's a bit childish, I dunno.

Serial Experiments Lain
. Loved the artwork, bored me to tears.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
. To be honest if the anime doesn't grab me by the antlers from the first episode or two then I ditch it. This was one of those. It also seems overrated to me.

Hetalia. Ugh I'm sorry I could not like this. I just could not, I tried. My one friend was batshit obsessed with it and I went wut.

Kore wa Zombie desu ka. Watched all the way through, didn't do anything for me. It may partially have been since I couldn't take the main character seriously o^o

Btooom! I think that a very certain disturbing scene at the beginning just ruined it for me altogether. This anime just lacks a lot of...everything I don't know. I just disliked it.

Chobits. I wanted to like this a lot, but it was just kind of boring and didn't keep my interest piqued.

Chibi Vampire. I could not grow interested with any of the characters, and although the premise seemed neat, the story was lacking.

This is probably the full list, I even went on a giant list of anime to double check, so this is pretty precise XD Sorry to those who like these series, my mind likes to have that click with anime~
