How the hell can you finish that? Forget what I said, Gundam Wing will be a walk in the park for you haha

Haven't yet, I'm 29/110. But I just started yesterday, so I'm making good time.

Mostly because I'm afraid that if I stop I'll lose my momentum. But it seriously is a good story.

Dude you stop for a second and you'll lose all your momentum! Haha. I heard it gets really good after like episode 20 but god I don't know if I can commit myself to a 110 series, especially one as infamous as Legend of the Galactic Heroes. One day maybe haha

so far, Zero no Tsukaima. I've watched 3 episodes of the first season, but I'm not feeling it so far, so I haven't watched further than that yet. I've been reading the manga, and I love it, but still can't get into the anime yet.

I personally don't understand wanting to like an Anime but not actually liking it, seems odd to me really. If i like a show then fine, however if i dislike a show, also fine. And i'll leave it at that...

I like some part of Naruto but it suffers greatly from filler. I wish they didn't put all that crap filler in there but at the same time its not as if i'm trying to like it either. It is what it is and i cant change what i don't like about the show so ohh well...

Don't ever try to like something because of something or somebody else. . .

Maouyuu. Wanted to love it but there was too much vegetable growing, not enough action or romance though it did pick up a bit in the end so I did finish it....

"You will know when you are ready to watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes.
That's a famous saying. It was said by Confucius."
~ Holden from PodTaku.

Honestly I liked it from the first episode; and 12-16 really hooked me.

Definitely not for everyone, though.

Now you can watch gundam and stuff haha.

I don't even know where to start with Gundam.

You could start with Universal Century and work your way up (or down). Gundam Unicorn is pretty good, or one of the many side stories like 08th MS Team. They have movie versions of Mobile Suit Gundam and Zeta, though I'm not sure about Double Zeta (which out of them all I believe was the worst), and Char's Counterattack is a movie.

If you want them in order:

Universal Century:

UC0079:

1979 Mobile Suit Gundam (the original series that started the franchise, compilation movies: 1981–1982)
1989 Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket
1996 Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team (compilation movie: 1998)
2004 Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: The Hidden One Year War
2006 Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: Apocalypse 0079
2009 Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO 2: The Gravity Front

UC0083:

1991 Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory (compilation movie: 1992)

UC0087:

1985 Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (some compilation movies were released in 2005)
2001 Gundam Neo Experience 0087: Green Divers

UC0088:

1986 Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ

UC0093:

1988 Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack

UC0096:

2010-(ongoing) Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn

UC0123:

1991 Mobile Suit Gundam F91

UC0153:

1993 Mobile Suit Victory Gundam

Also:

Gundam Evolve (short film series: 2001–2007, all episodes are based on U.C. except Episodes 3, 6, 7, 8 and 14)

Nana, as well. I try to watch it every now and then. But it just gets too.....I dunno. I only have seen the English dub and the main girly Nana sounds too much like Barbie for my taste. And the other punk Nana just gets too annoying. Yet there is still something that makes me WANT to like it, but I just can't.

You do realize that the English voice actress (Kelly Sheridan) for Nana Komatsu is also the voice of Barbie? So that's probably why...

That does make sense. I never really cared to look at voice actresses, so thank you for pointing that out. Now I know why that voice bothered me too much.

Yeah that's when they have natural talent, structured practice, and constant practice for weeks. No one can fool around and drink tea in the vicinity of a guitar and then be awesome at guitar in a couple of months like in K-On! I still like that show, but it rubs against my guitar-player sensibilities in the wrong way.

Highschool of the Dead. I really want to love it and wish I could get past episode 2, but there is just too much ridiculous fanservice for me. I have a very low tolerance for obnoxious big giggly boobs attached to dumb females.

Full Metal Alchemist. I tried so many times to watch this..but my interest wanes. I really want to love it tho.

Naruto

Such a big anime, but the fillers and the super super long time for ANYTHING to happen just makes me stop
