They are really picking up quite a few shows this season, always good to see, and so far all of them are on my list so also very nice.

Tamako Market is very likely a The Anime Network exclusive, but if CR has it, they have until tomorrow to announce it to be on time. Vividred Operation is an Aniplex series so it's ambiguous. Funimation could snag it since it's got the Strike Witches creative team and it will be a huge show. Aniplex of America could also get it though(that makes a CR simulcast more likely). If CR doesn't announce it by Thursday, assume that Funimation has got it.

What's gonna be interesting though is the 5 remaining titles. Unless there is some overlap with TAN there really isn't going to be much left out there for TAN or Funimation to pick up after 5 more are picked up here. I can't really say there is anything specific that CR picks up. I would imagine they probably wont get Tomodachi Next or Minami-ke since it's the 4th season and none of the others have been licensed. Really any combination of 5 shows of the ones that are left to license would be great.
