First I tried searching for queue topics so I dont want to hear from a moderator or member that thetre is a forum about this.

First with all the recent anime added my queue is harder to handle.I kinda put them by favorites or most important but that nots good either.I wish we could break it down at least by simulcast then other. Also recently added would be nice too.CR is better than most but could use some tweaking.

Did you try putting some on you favorites list? This could lessen how much is in your queue. I usually do the opposite... I put the shows I really want to watch on my queue and the ones I kind of want to watch on my favs. Hope this helps.

Really? Maybe newer accounts don't have that function anymore... Try this link:

http://www.crunchyroll.com/manager

See this pic I just took the 1st link didn't look like this?

For reference if you look at your buddies, groups, or achievements there will be a link to your favorites:
As far as the page being empty, you should have "Manage your Favorites" link that will take you to the manager page:

But that all seems like more work that just using MAL which is what I and many others use to keep track of shows. I just keep the shows I am currently watching in my queue.
