I noticed I haven't gotten one since December so searched the forums for an answer. And yep, it's a known issue, they are working on it.

The devs are working on it.

It is kind of a big deal, but just because I have friends who I give them too, and according to the site, there won't be any for 2 more months.

Thought I would too add my name to the list, I would typically give them out to friends involved in the anime community who dont have any extra funds to buy premium themselves.
Hopefully its fixed soon even tho its been a while.

I wonder how effective the program was at winning over new people to being subscribers. If it wasn't that effective, CR would have less incentive to be in a rush to fix it.

I am an anime club advisor for a student organization on a fairly large university campus. I enjoy having the guess pass because I can share it with new visitors at the anime club.

I appreciate CR having the program (as well as their previous school club support) and I hope the issue is resolved.

I don't know any numbers, but I've been a subscriber for a year after a friend gifted me a 2 day pass.

I've only used one pass so far, and I wanted to share one with a friend but noticed I haven't gotten any since December. I doubt this is a bug, but if it is, are there any updates?

It is has been stated before the CR is aware of the problem, but I've seen no ETA mentioned for a fix.

It was about a week ago when I realized I hadn't had any passes to give out since December. Kind of glad I'm not the only one (misery loves company, I suppose) but I would like to see it fixed. I like to give them out to friends when they need a pick-me-up.

Hey, my Guest Pass I was given to distribute on March 26, 2016 has expired despite the fact that the bottom of the page says that guess passes expire after 90 days. Is there a reason for this?

EDIT: I should also theoretically have my Guest Pass from February as well... This is upsetting, to say the least.

It's somewhat reassuring that I'm not only one with this issue. I haven't received a pass since December, so I should have 3 or 4 passes, which is kind of irritating because I like giving my passes out to friends, and I'm not due for another one for 2 months, apparently. Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon.

Its been over 3 months since this was acknowledged as an issue and stated it was being worked on.

As a Premium+ subscriber, one of the perks I was told was a guest pass every month. So, when am I going to get part of what I paid for?

For me, I think the countdown is broken and it is counting up, not down. The counter was 2mos for me but now it is 3 months.
