I knew they wouldn't get the one I wanted. Hopefully Funimation gets it at least.

Which one did you want?

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai NEXT and Hetalia: The Beautiful World were destined for Funimation, and the odds favored them getting Senran Kagura (although it was no more certain than them getting Vividred Operation, which CR got instead).

Viz doesn't announce late, so it seems very unlikely they will have anything new for this season. TAN's two announced this week are likely all their exclusives, and AoD finished their announcements, so it leaves the usually-late Funimation as the only hold-out.

The Anime Network took it. I hope they allow one week free viewing like CR. Not subscribing to more than one anime site.

Unless things have changed, they offer the first episode or two for free and you have to pay to watch the rest. I don't think they have an On-Demand service either.

Yeah, I should have known. Crunchyroll did get a lot of anime this season, but of course I'm not happy about it because they are not ones that interest me. I wanted 2 anime, one was Chihayafuru 2 the other Tamako Market was taken by The Anime Network. I guess I can wait 12 weeks and buy a month subscription and watch them all at once. So, 50% happy this season, who knows maybe one of these other series will get me interested. It's better than 0/2 I have to say, and I know CR usually doesn't have control over what they can't get.

It's a TBS series, licensed by Sentai and streaming on The Anime Network.

Wow Little Busters is added too? Geeez this season is GREAT!!! Last season I was super disappointed, all I cared about was SAO and Naruto... Stuff that wasn't even new to that season on CR. Well that's all changing now. I have soooo much to look forward to!! AKB, Little Busters, Chihayafuru2, that new idol show (what was the name... lol sorry I just like idol shows)... And stuff that I forgot the name of but will totally watch anyway. lol But like... This is soooo much better than last season on CR, I'm so excited. ;w;

(Although seriously, y u no get this stuff earlier???) lol

If the simulcast is made available elsewhere (either CR or Hulu), then all episodes are typically free to view (for obvious reasons). At the moment, TAN only has placeholders for the first episode, so I can't determine which way they are going to go with Sasami-san and Tamako Market.

Regarding On-Demand, TAN indeed has a Video on Demand service available on many cable providers. If you go to the alphabetic listing on their website, you can even filter the titles by clicking the "Video on Demand" button.

If you were referring to their website, any of the titles they list (when filtered by "streaming") are available to subscribers at any time, with the exception that they roll out even library titles the same way as simulcasts; one episode per week.

Nice Guy!

The one episode per week habit that TAN has even with series that have been around for awhile (Mayo-Chiki would be an example) is probably the most irritating thing about their subscription service. CR usually does a great job at getting episodes out, they have way better customer service too.

I have to say I am honestly and pleasantly surprised that CR was able to get Little Busters.

Tamako Market

First episode will be FREE for all users, rest of episodes will be for Premium Subscribers.

Sasami-san@Gambaranai

Hasn't been confirmed yet.
It could go either way since it's being posted 8 days later.

-edit-
Though looking at the Info page, it seems to be set up just like Tamako Market, Ep. 01 is Guest, the rest not indicated yet.

Going by what has happened in the past they wont be adding the first season of little busters for a while which is unfortunate becuase people like me who has not seen the first season wont watch the second one...

Seriously release episodes/seasons in order please!

There is only one season of Little Busters! and Crunchyroll has it now. Yes, they won't have the 1st cour for a little while(I imagine that Crunchyroll will make those episodes available when they can) but it is a simulcast of the series. Just for future reference, Little Busters! is 2-cours and is 1 season(Who knows if there will be a 2nd season sequel?)

I've searched high and low and asked around and can find no evidence of the "2 cours = one season" claim. In Japan there is no "off season" in television (no summer or holiday season reruns). So a cour IS a season. What you're calling a sequel in Japan is actually considered a totally separate series, not really a second season, and is marketed as such (they give it a new name and re-start the episode count back to one....etc...).

Since Crunchy got Little Busters while it is still airing, and at the beginning of the second season, it'll be interesting to see how they plan to catch up on the shows already aired up to now. I'm betting (or at least hoping) that they get the first thirteen eps out before the next current episode airs, so everybody will be happy. But it could be like somebody already mentioned that only peeps who have been keeping up with this show elsewhere (like myself) will be able to just switch right over to watching it here legally.

In any case, GREAT JOB Crunchyroll! I much prefer to watch it here anyways.

I was hoping that because AKB0048 next stage still had the one week delay for free users that 2 episodes would be posted at the time of the premiere, and it would continue with being simulcast soon after each week's premiere.

I noticed when updating the initial message in the "Winter 2013 anime" topic, however, that the simulcast time is exactly one hour after the last station in Japan airs the episode.

Will this be one week behind, or will we get two episodes this weekend?

Little Busters Is not behind! the current episode is 13. 14 will air in Japan this Saturday same day as with CR! Most anime titles got behind a week some two. Because of the Holidays in Japan like New years!!
