Love this show.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide It is back to the good old days of Voltron so far with each episode the same, monster comes, Kuroki powers it up with an arrow shot, girls dock to defeat it... but I have read that the next episode is a turning point since all the girls other than Kuroki have been introduced with their key (next ep) so it sounds like the real story will be introduced soon instead of the generic monster of the week from Alone to attack the Manifestation engine.

Vivid Grey... *gigglesnort* Massive paddle for a weapon...
Himawari's weapon is the coolest, its a huge particle accelerator.
The yuri scene was a bit underwhelming with Himawari and Akane though... i'm still waiting for one of them to actually kiss her on the lips. >.> I mean, really, we have crotch shots every episode and bra and panty scenes, an actual kiss isn't going to be that bad. lol |

I'm amazed at how adept these girls are at inserting keys into locks. When I drunkenly stumble home I have to hold the door knob with one hand and slowly bring the key to the keyhole, and even then I miss quite a few times. But these girls can do a full body pivot with an arm extension and nail the lock on the first try.

that vivid yellow outfit was quite . . . unique.
the next episode preview looks interesting, showing Rei with the crow. i wanna know who was holding the gun, that kinda threw me off.

It has some nice moments but way to predictable. It might change in the future episodes, but for now its like Meet new girl- Back story of the girl - Alone showing up - Girl getting key - girl showing off her weapon - Chick shooting the alone with power up arrow - New girl and akane docking and defeating alone.

The physics of this anime, well any particular anime doesn't have a lot of sense.
in practicality a particle accelerator can be built the catch is.... how do little girls use one that can actually do something of that magnitude and still look good( seriously)
also breaking the 2nd law of thermodynamics... (or is it 95% effective that reactor)

Kids fighting to save the world, weird other worldly monsters? It just hit me that the Alone are like the Angels from Evangelion. LOLOL. Alone are trying to reach that power plant thing as the Angels tried to reach terminal dogma. Rather vague similarities, but still.
