First, why can't I enjoy the show for it's absurd plot? I'm sure they are plenty of shows with more absurd plots than this show, Because it has fanservice, that's the only thing I can enjoy about it? It's fine if the show is but to sit there and say that the only reason I'm watching this show upsets me to the highest degree.

Now, why are talking about preteen children being the ones saving the world- that's not really a unique concept. For crying out loud, the Powerpuff Girls where kindergartners! Furthermore, the kissing was only on the forehead and they didn't technically strip as it was a transformation sequence that doesn't technically happen in real time. And she was wearing pants; hot pants but pants nonetheless.
First, because the plot goes beyond absurdity. It's complete nonsense that doesn't even try to be interesting or even make sense. It only serves to explain why there are a couple scantily clad pre-teens flying around and fighting stuff. And yeah, I have no doubt there are other anime with even more nonsensical plots which do nothing but shove half naked girls in your face for 25 minutes at a time. Other shows being worse, doesn't make this one any better. And I'm an anime fan, I like being serviced. But a series that has nothing other than fanservice, has nothing. I'm sorry I outed you on the real reason you watch this series.

And the powerpuff girls is a comedy that doesn't even take itself seriously. This is made clear by the fact that the fights last 30 seconds, if that. And they don't even remotely resemble actual human beings. Let alone drawn to be sexy and fly around in their panties. Oh wait, these girls don't strip down to their panties either, right? Who cares? I had a clear visual of two pre-teen girls in their panties on my TV screen. The specifics of what was actually happening don't amount to crap. Oh and your defense that the girl was actually wearing booty shorts, doesn't exactly help your case.

have you watched strike witches by any chance?

You're ousted nothing but you own ignorance, I'm afraid. I watch this show for both. Whether you belief the truth or not is up to you.

Also, I think you overreacting to the level of fanservice. They're not half-naked for 25 minutes, not even a minute really. And I've hentai, this show comes nowhere near hentai. Kiss x Sis and To Love-Ru Darkness? Yes, those are near hentai. This show doesn't even come close.

Swordstyle, If the occasional crotch shot equals hentai to you, then I don't think you should be watching anime at all.

Anyway, this ep was funny if totally ridiculous. I can't believe they were all so gullible that they didn't realize that it was Akane's grandpa the whole time. lol

Himawari... hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng!

I think Himawari knew what was up. She took a look at the "Alone" "hardware" and I think she knew who really made it. She isn't that dumb... but she played along. And pushed all the do not push buttons, LOL

Silly episode, mostly pointless aside from the bouncing T&A and naked (not weapons for once) jokes but... that is why they made this show mostly. Still hoping the last 6 episodes will have a bit more story than the moral that friendship can save the world but we'll see.

That's true, Himawari was a bit suspicious about the whole thing, and I loved how she kept pushing all the "do not push" buttons. xD

I know, right? This is one of the cons of watching simulcasts: If they do a cliffhanger, then you have to wait a whole other week to see what happens next.
