The story follows a hikikomori named Sasami who is unmotivated about even changing clothes or eating. Her brother takes care of her, even though she despises his slave-like nature. Sasami spends her days viewing the outside world via a "Brother Surveillance Tool" on her computer. In the outside world, the three beautiful Yagami sisters and Sasami's brother are in the middle of relationships worthy of a romantic comedy.

It reminded me of Paranoia Agent mixed with Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei's art style, but on a bad acid-trip... Thats the only way I can describe it. lol
I'm still not sure what the hell its about, but I like it so far... cant wait for the uncensored version.

I often enjoy the insane style of Shinbo and Studio Shaft, but this one I'm not so sure about.
I thought there were some hilarious bits--like when Sasami's brother starts doing the Haruhi dance with a book on his head or the reference to love election and chocolate; however, the characters seem fairly boring and the plot is just...fucked pretty much. I might give it a few more episodes because the brother is strangely entertaining but the first episode didn't showcase Shaft's best.

I think the problem is that the plot just... wasnt there. At all. All we know is that the main girl is a hikkikomori and the three girls I guess combat the strange effects she generates..? O.o And the brother... wtf is with the hiding of his head? Im guessing its just more Shaft nonsense to see how many ways they can cover up his head?
Still I like it... not sure if it will have the stick-to-it to get through the whole thing though.

I enjoyed the first episode immensely. It was a chocolate-y drug fuel and Sasami is a wonderful character; I enjoy watching her as she "enjoys" watching her brother. It's hard to say what the show is about other than that it's one of Shinbo's crazy directing that makes it more interesting than what a normal show would be like. The animation is very strong though the background can feel "lacking" since there's not much colors going on. It's hard to talk about the episode since so much crazy stuff happened. I won't mind if the show continues on like this but I think others may find this tiring if nothing else comes out of the show.
EDIT:
I said the background can feel "lacking" but I meant that the colors feel wash out and makes it feel nonexistent despite how detail it can appear.

Well, that first episode was... interesting. I wouldn't mind some actual explanation within the next couple episodes, otherwise it doesn't seem like it will be able to hold me interest. Unexplained weirdness is okay to a point, but not just for weirdness sake.
