Click to show or hide Kurousagi's spear and Thousand Eyes are both references to the God Indra. There seems to be a few different versions of Indra but one of the descriptions is a Yellow Haired war god, relentless often reckless in his wars against demons. Also described as being mischievous and sometimes punished for his pranks. Izayoi seems to match that incarnation of Indra fairly well

We need more characters that have his persona and balls. If it wasn't for Izayoi being in this show it would be an average show, but he takes it to another level of awesome.

Hoping for a 2nd season. ...Anyway, the first episode was interesting. Izayoi's power is way overpowered, as everyone says- but that's what makes him cool! (along with his personality, looks, voice, etc.) There is, yet another, loli vampire. Shiroyashi is rising in my list of favorite loli's. That cat!!! Kuro-usagi makes me laugh. I'm definitely watching this. Rito2Ru is recommending this anime, so why not? Although it is an interesting show, I wonder... Is Kuro-usagi's "angry" mode stronger or weaker than Medaka's "war god" mode? If Asuka and Oudo went at it, who's commands would be stronger? How many trillion times better is Izayoi than Zenkichi? Is it possible to have more gifts or abnormalties/minuses? WHAT WOULD I HAVE TO PAY SHIROYASHA FOR A PHOTO OF KURO-USAGI'S COS'PLAY????!!!!?!!! Also... I look forward to the end dance/song each episode... "YES!"

It turned out to be my new addiction of the anime even after a few episodes I started watching it again! The characters are interesting and how its all about possessing power and entering into a new world Its all so cool considering I like animes like it ! Also the openings and endings arent bad either !

Will have to see if anyone can give Izayoi a run for his money. Kurousagi angry mode doesn't seem quite as strong as Medaka's War God mode but it is good. Kono te ni aru... Unmei! Black+White!

"YES!" wiki says there are 6 light novels out right now and I have no clue if its selling well or not someone who knows the sales can tell you more though edit: hpulley said in a previous post that light novels sales are pretty good right now (sold out copies) so I guess a 2nd season wouldn't be too far-fetched of course I recommend this anime, its awesome isn't it and why are you comparing it to Medaka Box? I say a better comparison would be with Campione imo
