I believe all the ambassadors have been chosen- they just announce them slowly so they don't destroy your Facebook news stream. They wouldn't say they were full just to tell you to go away... I know they are more professional then that. If they are full they are full, and they emailed you to notify you of that. It happened to me last year.

well when i messaged sailor bee just to make sure she got it, she said she gets over 80 applicants per day and hasn't been able to reply back yet, or something along those lines. I kinda wish she were more active in replying to this topic because there have been a lot of questions.
