Naruto getting killed by kakashi's lightning blade (accidently) as naruto cannot become the ten-tails jinjuriki, hinata holding onto naruto and kisses him passionately (finally!!!) , sakura watches on with jealousy and reminisce memories of herself and naruto (cries!).

I think Madara is killed by Naruto. Naruto dies shortly after what should be the most epic battle. Most of the other Konoha Ninjas are incapacitated, some die some live. Somehow Sasuke is brought back to the good side. Or it would be pretty good if Saukara had to overcome her feelings and kill Sasuke.
I think the final scene should be Naruto meeting his parents in the afterlife. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Much like how Kakashi meet his father. because that was epically sad. |

I think the Alliance will win.
Right after, Sasuke and Naruto will somehow wind up fighting. Both will die, as Naruto himself previously stated.
It'd be sad, but an amazing way to end such an amazing series.

Twenty years from now, when the series finally ends - after 20,000+ filler episodes, an unknown awesome bad a&^ enemy pops up, Sasuke and Naruto join forces and save the day. and they all live happily ever after & every cool character that died comes back to life. Rainbows & Unicorns,
But really, I think they'll end up dying together in battle.
