The Universe isn't getting more random,as it should be. Perhaps this randomness is being radiated into our lives. Perhaps we are the saviors of the order of the Universe. Of course, it doesn't make much sense, but I feel empowered.
Gets It.

An example of a new feeling would be doing something thrilling, like skydiving can give the person a different kind of feeling. That's why sometimes these extreme activities can be exciting.

And this explains why I never get bored, then. Every time I begin to learn something new, it's a thrilling experience for me. If I'm watching a boring film (as per earlier example), then I analyse what makes that film seem dull to me - so it becomes thrilling to understand why I see something a certain way. To make it more interesting, I like hearing what a friend (who had watched the same film, but found it awesome/enjoyable) says about the film to give me a better perspective as to if I had "missed" something that would have made it more entertaining.

I've done physically thrilling things too, of course. Sky diving and bungee jumping are two of those things, or theme park rides that have a thrill factor - it is identical (at least, on the mental/emotional level of things) to how I feel when reading something that broadens my understanding of a topic (new or otherwise). The mind starts connecting the dots between "Topic A" (current topic of study) with "all other topics" (previously studied or currently studying), it creates an eye-opening "HOLY CRAP! THIS IS FREAKIN' INCREDIBLE!" feeling.

So, I guess this is the start of me understanding "boredom" a bit more on a personal level; rather than an analytical/technical one.

I think you have a natural drive to do certain things that keeps you from feeling bored.

The people who say they are bored of life probably don't have that natural drive like you do. And as for me, I'm still searching for that drive. And trying to figure out what will do it for me.

I think it's knowledge. But I'm not sure.

the way i see life may be morbid, but i see life like a long plane crash, you might as well get a couple loops in before you hit the ground.

To me i view life as a game.
Like We are born (Game Start)
We live (progress)
Enjoyments, goals etc (achievements/progress)
Then eventually we die (Game Over)

Seriously though, like for example, we eat food it gives energy(power ups), and we eventually use it so we get more energy to be stronger/better/etc...
And all organisms are like trying to have the strongest genes to fit the environment, and survive and reproduce. So our real only reason here is reproduction, buts thats only a scientific reason that i believe in. Many people differ in opinions.
I sometimes feel like we are experiments. Like gods watching us and seeing how we develop in life. And once they reach their conclusion they donn't need us experiments any more, so they start over with a different hypothesis and watch how that group develops. And yeah idk its just my opinion on life i won't bother to explain this anymore....

Have a good day~ thanks for reading

For me, I try to do my best everyday so i can reach my goals in life. I know i sound like a stereotypical shonen character but it's the truth.

Paraphrasing the words of Elmer from Baccano: there's probably no meaning to life, so wouldn't it be better if everyone just smiled?

That's my outlook, though lately I'm struggling with the fact that I don't have enough time to do all the things I want to do. I wish I could get away with sleeping less.

Im in one of those slumps where I wish life was more then going to work, making a paycheck, paying the bills, and living for my weekend.

Part of that "corporate grind," and Im kinda over it.

I want life to be something more then saved up vacation time, and only two weeks of living it up out of the entire year. I try to keep my eyes open for magic, and like to think I see things others dont. I try to zen out during my time, and be one with the earth, and find my fulfillment outside of my paycheck. I try to make things interesting by enjoying the every day magic, by learning, by loving, by laughing, and not being confined by what society tells me to do.
