No.
When I live my life normally, ie expressively and adopt the habbit of not looking at myself in the mirror everything goes smoother. Things like shaving your head and wearing functional clothes help with my attention to more sincere subject matter. When I can let go of my attachment to my physical appearance with this small step it helps me to also let go of all the mental chatter that goes along with looking at others appearance.
