I do not wear makeup at all. I try to take care of myself by putting on chapstick so my lips are not dry.
When it comes down to red lipstick, some people can work it. Others cannot.
As long as they don't look like a clown or they used a red crayon, then it's fine.
My friends and family have tried to put make-up on me, or at least convince me to do so. They all failed. I will never wear make-up. I just don't think it suits me at all.

I love red lipstick, I think it can look good on most people if it's been put on right. I do find that it looks prettier on pale skinned ladies though.

................if you can pull it off. Generally it looks nice on everyone in one way or another, but try not to use it all the time because red lips are meant to be hot, more on people with certain features than the other, because once people get used to it, its like *yawn*, but when you do, try not to get it on your teeth, it is pretty messy.
it is only too much make up on if you ''enhance'' everything else and make them pop out eg- eyes. if your eyes and lips are both dramatic, it could look too much, if you want extravagant lips, go with a subtle eye make up.
i personally think that red lips are not an everyday look. some people like it, some people dont i guess, cant argue with that.

It's just lipstick.  I have no opinion about it except the color is beautiful.
Only dislike I have about lipstick is sometimes it can get on your teeth and stain them without you knowing. Seen it happen to me mum a lot.

Red lipstick looks good on some people, but it just depends on how you wear it and when. Like, wearing red lipstick while jogging is a big no-no.

Red lipsticks scares me. Last time a girl came up to with with REALLY red lips, I was frozen cause I thought she was alien. Everyone has different taste.

Why would there be a Theory on Lipstick? You're thinking of the natural inclination that a womans lips is a visual proxy to her vagina, and represents their look, colouration and health.
That would be the theory that women first started wearing lipstick because it makes your lips look more like the lips of a sexually aroused vulva. Look it up, it's a real theory.

I have another theory on an alternate function of lipstick.
It allows women to visually mark their territory and demonstrate that a man is "taken" to other woman.

I think only skin tones can wear red lipstick and not look trashy. If your pale or like a perfect shade of brown then you can wear it, but only for special occasions.
If someone continuously wears red lipstick, then I assume they want attention.
The brightest color I've ever worn was hot pink.

Lip stick is overrated ! xD I don't really see why people wear it (ok, maybe the taste..but still xD)
But well, I have nothing against it, red is fine:P
