CR recently has been doing deals on pre-ordering anime figures from the newly launched store. It says they charge you when you order, but when the item comes out and you decide to want to cancel, can you get a refund? If you place a pre-order, are you going to get the item even if you change your mind later?

And that's when you want to cancel?

No, that would not warrant a refund.

If you want to cancel your pre-order, I can do that for you.
If we do not get enough product to fulfill the orders, then we would offer refunds as well.
