I have a premium account and I use it to watch anime on my android tablet without any problems but last night i tried to watch "Vision" Dorama and the app said that i need a premium account and show me an ad of crunchyroll.

is this ok?

You have an 'Anime' account meaning you have premium for all things anime but not drama, there is also a 'Drama' account which is the opposite and an 'All-Access' account which includes both.
