Funimation has both series, you may need a subscription to watch 'em.


Funimation has not licensed Index II yet(I bought the DVDs for the first season of Index and I love it). Already read the manga for Railgun(the first 3 volumes cover the first Railgun series) and I will buy Railgun in April. Can't wait for Saten in English(and I like Brittney Karbowski as Mikoto Misaka).

There is also A Certain Magical Index movie that comes out in Japan next month.

haven't seen the anime, but I love the manga for both Index and Railgun.
