To me it's hilarious.. The best anime comedy I've ever watched.

It's funny for me because I know (if not all) most of the references to other animes in Cuticle Detective Inaba.

The moronic goat villain tops the cake for me.

What I noticed is people that are new to anime won't find Cuticle Detecrtive Inaba as funny.

I have a friend that is new to anime and I made him watch the CDI and then he said it was weird.

I love it

Its one of my favorite winter series so far, along with Kotoura san. Its wierd, yes, but I think its funny. If it makes me laugh its a winner in my book.

There's no reason why it ca't be both funny and weird. Sometimes the weird is what makes it funny. Cuticle Detective Inaba is the funniest anime I've seen so far and one of my favorites of the winter season.
