Right now for me, it has to be Ufotable, known for doing Fate/Zero and the Kara no Kayoukai movies. They've been very consistent with their quality, turn out shows with great plots with stellar animation and artwork.
My only complaint is that why don't they take on more projects, but then again, if it's quality or quantity, quality all the way.
