Feeling guilty

Does anybody else feel guilty at everything? Like, I can't even think of myself being happy because I think to myself - 'a guy like me doesn't deserve it.' And when I feel like a girl likes me I'm always so awkwardly insecure nowadays even though people say I'm 'overconfident', it's like I'm throttling myself with stress. Then again, is this just me being an old man (at 18).

Sorry for the weird question, just want to know if anyone feels anything similar.

Being ugly is an ugly trait too.

Just try to care less about what others think, and be as cocky as you want.

I'm Catholic, I feel guilty whether things are good, or bad, or I'm just eating Tacos in the park...there is always the crushing guilt.

You shouldn't let the guilty feeling linger.

Let it go. You don't need that weight on your shoulders anyway.

Keeping that feeling will cause the energy to have its own will... and since it's a negative energy, prepare.

Otherwise let go.

You are not the only one that feels that way my friend. I feel guilty about most of the things that I do, second guessing myself is what kinda makes me me. Although, I give you praise because you are actually asking if others feel the same way that you do. I hardly ever let anyone know what is going on in my life, I feel gulity about doing that because I see it as me putting a burden on someone else.

The irony is that I will help other people before I help myself. The people who know me know that I am a great person to help them with their problems. Hell I have helped complete strangers with their problems. Personal insecurities are universal.

Since I've been over-thinking for almost 4 years now, I have felt everything action I was doing was wrong and began feeling guilt over that. I'm still working on that today.

Everyone feels guilty over something. As long as you don't let the guilt get in the way of you wanting to live your life. There will be points in life where you have to make the choice of abiding by someone's wishes, or letting them know you won't. Much like when kids ask other kids out. If a person doesn't feel the same way. they try their best to not hurt the confessor, but in the end, they have to go by their best judgement and not lie, whether it hurts the other party or not. As long as your being truthful.

I only feel guilt over one thing from my past because it is impossible for me to ever make it right or change it. I don't bother with feelings of guilt with anything else though.
