I am seriously not liking the how there is a season 1 and season 3 of Hakuoki, but no season 2!!! So i want to try and push for a season 2 to be uploaded. Along with that, any other anime that is awesome and isnt on crunchyroll, i want to try and add them to the catalog as well common guys i need some support here! thanks!!!

I'm not so greedy as to want every good anime there is on Crunchyroll. It's the greedy people who usually end up with nothing. But I would at least like season 2 of this series. Its absence is the reason I haven't even bothered with this series at all. If you're going to have the beginning and the end but be missing a huge chunk from the middle, then you might as well have nothing at all as far as I am concerned. Whether the series is good or bad or worth it or not is for me to decide. Other peoples opinions on the matter don't interest me.

yea i watched all of season 1 yesterday and im very disappointed theres no season 2. its hard enough finding a decent anime thats longer than 2 seasons.

Have they said why there is no second season? i watched the first when it first came out and was hoping to try and catch up but i thought i was just going crazy and couldnt find the second season on here...

They put season one up recently, after the US DVD release had been available for awhile. The first season DVD release was in September 2012 and it became available on CR in November 2012. The second season DVD was released in December 2012.

I think a lot of people might be a bit confused about Hakuouki. First came Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan, which only has 2 seasons, then later they released Hakuouki Reimeiroku, which is only 1 season. So what you're referring to as season 3 is actually Reimeiroku and it takes place before Kitan and can be watched and enjoyed without having watched Kitan 1 & 2.

I watched Kitan as it was airing in Japan, even though CR didn't pick it up because I really really wanted to see it. So, I was incredibly happy when they picked up Reimeiroku so I could watch it in better quality, then they got season 1 of Kitan as a catalog title and I watched it over again. There are still ? boxes for catalog titles, so I'm crossing my fingers that in 1 of those boxes will be season 2 of Kitan!

Mmm mmm!! I definitely want them to put up season two! This show is really well done. I like it especially because the only other show I've watched based on a visual novel (AMNESIA) was awful. But this one is so well done, and interesting!! I'm glad to see a VN adaptation done right. Not that I've played the VN or anything, but it seems to have transferred over to anime format well enough, quite unlike AMNESIA. But anyway....it's weird that they would have the prequel season on here but not the second season.
