Every wednesday i've been eagerly anticipating a new episode of Student Council's Discretion, but no new episodes have been added yet. What's going on?

That's odd, because I see 3 episodes:

What country are you in, and what device (if not a computer) are you using?

I'm in the UK, and using my computer

I have been pleasantly surprised by some of the shows I thought I would not like. I particularly like Maoyu and Kotoura-San.

Maoyu is smart and funny. It's a refreshing view of the Hero/Demon king story. Now I have to go check out Spice and Wolf because that is what its being compared to.

I thought Kotoura-San was going to be cutesy, but the beginning of the first episode was deliciously dark.

YES, check out Spice and Wolf, that series is wonderful! Although it's a real shame it didn't get a 3rd season... (Yet)

Being in the UK would explain it then. From the announcement of the simulcast:

Student Council's Discretion Level 2 will be available in the following territories: North America, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, and the Netherlands.

You can thank Anime on Demand for the reason it isn't in the UK. They announced it as one of their 6 simulcasts, but have yet to start it.

Frankly, people in Ireland probably wouldn't be able to view it (and other series that both AoD and CR licensed) if not for an apparent error by AoD. An ANN article had this to say after Mayou was announced as their first simulcast:

Commenting on the fact that Crunchyroll is streaming MAOYU to Ireland but not to the UK, AoD described the situation as "an irregularity that probably won't happen in future seasons." ANN contacted AoD and was told that viewers in Ireland would 'theoretically' be able to watch MAOYU through both Crunchyroll and AoD.

it would of been a lot better if they had not wasted time licensing all of those mini animes less than 5 mins per episode is worthless.

Ah that sucks, is there any chance the series will appear on crunchyroll after the series is concluded? Or will i have to find some other way to watch it?

I love the shorts! Please keep licensing everything you can. Thanks for understanding that different people may have different tastes. Thanks for bringing me so much great anime, Crunchyroll!!!

Wow, us UK subscribers get 4 titles this year!

I jest, but I hope in months (years?) to come whoever licenses things at CR is given an atlas or a globe, and told there are actually more countries in the world than America. It will come as a shock I'm sure to learn that America is actually just one country out of hundreds, but you have to learn sometime.

Please explain how time was "wasted" licensing something, simply because you don't like it. It isn't as if they are taking up slots that would have otherwise been occupied by full length anime.

Yes, you do jest, considering I count 18 of the new simulcasts (and I'm not including the extra episodes of Saki Episode of Side A) that are available in the UK. You can bet if Anime on Demand wasn't around, that number would be higher.

Perhaps while you're complaining, you can knock on the online door of far larger companies (i.e., Netflix) that make the percentage of titles available in the U.S. that are delivered to UK by Crunchyroll look stellar by comparison.
