None of those have been announced as having even plans for a second season. If they were announced tomorrow I wouldn't expect to see them come out before the fall season.
Based upon sales I would be shocked if SAO does not get another season.
... but by the same sales reports I will be pleasantly surprised and completely shocked if any of the other three shows mentioned get a second season. Well, perhaps with the exception of My Little Monster as it charted at least, barely. Say I Love You and BTOOOM did not chart at all, Say I Love You must have sold less than 512 copies, including mine. All four got good bumps in their book sales so you never know... Shojo rarely sells well on video; I am actually surprised that Chihayafuru 2 was made though the manga sells very well which must save it. Dessert has no other anime, nor does Bunch so perhaps they want at least one to advertise... That is the only chance BTOOOM! has for season two. I am importing all three of those poor sellers (manga and BDs) but sadly I cannot support them myself!
