My fan only fell down once and I was able to fix it on my own without calling in fanservice so I don't think it is really needed.

Lol well i think there should be mention of squeeling and glomping the person/ character in question oh and stalking.. Stalking is a very important part of fanservice

Replacing some of the "shall"s with "shalt"s is a needed edit, in my opinion, to make it more officious sounding.
And for added funservice, throw in an inuendo or two with clever wordplay. (I'll edit if I come up with any)
