Hi,

Does anyone know what is going on with the subtitles for new TVB dramas posted on Tai Seng? The new dramas Friendly Fire and Missing You suddenly switch from English Subs to Chinese Subs at episode 13. Something similar has also happened, in the reverse, for Inbound Troubles.

Thanks for looking into this. Did you get any response? I e-mailed taiseng-tech@crunchyroll.com three weeks ago, and mytv@taiseng.com two weeks ago, but never receive a response. Pretty frustrating that this is happening to their newest dramas. It seems like such a clear error, I'm sure they did not intend to post half the episodes with English subs and the other half with Chinese.

Thanks, hopefully we will hear something soon.

On a related note, when I attempt to watch the drama Wish and Switch I get a message that the video is unavailable. Do you know if this is something Crunchyroll can fix or is it also something that Tai Seng has to address?

Are you trying to watch on iOS or on PC?

I would check the video on a PC to see if it is available still / if there is more information.

I have only been trying on PC, no iOS.

I just get the exclamation mark inside of a yellow triangle and the message "Sorry, this video is unavailable. "

Can someone tell me how to Unsubscribe to taiseng my tv?? Cuz is not working on my iPhone and my laptop....!!! So frustrating!!
Haven't been able to see any shows at all for few days..!!

Hardly surprising. I emailed them twice in May and I have yet to hear back.
