Anyone know any online sites in Japan with an English friendly store or a store in the US that does Japanese Kanji decals for cars?

Any shop that specializes in car customization will do it. Where I live, we have a shop called Car Pretty which does all the decals, painting and vinyl that you want. I got a custom made hatsune miku and Panty & Stocking Decal for my car. I just sent them the pictures of what I want made into decals and told them how I wanted it done. It cost me $70 total (these are window decals).

Just make absolutely sure your kanji choice means what you think it means.
