Well I haven't seen anything like this when I researched it. So.
Does anyone else keep weapons in there house? Why or why not?
Would you kill anyone if it was in fear of your life?
Do you believe guns should be aloud in the states?

Now I don't know about the rest of you ,but I consider self-defense important. I keep a AK-47 behind my door ,a .45 magnum under my pillow ,a double-barrel in my living room ,a .35 In my car ,and a P22 Walter on me in public. Followed my various other weapons in my house.

I do keep three guns in my house hold ,but I keep them in a safe. I would defend myself and my family if It came down to it. but I would rather not kill anyone.as I am a black belt and I would try and contain the person first, if I die in the process then oh well.

For me it depends if some one comes in guns blazing I wouldn't hesitate to kill. I would probably aim for the knees or a weaker point. Being trained in martial arts it would depend on the case completely.

I own a Cugir M10 AK-47, a Maverick 88 12 gauge shotgun, and a Ruger P345. I used to own a Glock 17c, an Intratec Tec-9 DC9M, a Rock River Arms M4 but sold them all before I moved. I dont own them because I feel like I need them for protection, I just enjoy going to the range and its cheaper when you bring your own guns

I would kill someone if my life was in danger but only if the other person had a gun. Now if I didnt know if someone that was attacking me had a gun or not, my first attempt would not be to shoot to kill but then again, I cant really say because I have never been put in that situation.

I believe that guns should be allowed in the US.

My brother keeps a glock in his room, and I have a sharp blade in mine. Mine is mainly for decoration, though it is pretty lethal if used as a weapon. Though I was about to purchase an rifle *Remington 700* cause I'm a huge bolt action rifle fan.

I see your point on that one, if it was better to protect the people I love with a gun then I would definitely use it.I guess it does all depend on what situation your in

My body is a highly trained, biologically enhanced weapon of mass destruction from the future. It means I can lie around the house all day watching tv with no worry for my own safety.

I own a Beretta Px4 Storm (9mm) and Cx4 Storm (9mm), Springfield M1A Socom 16, a CMP Special grade M1 Garand chambered in .308, a Bushmaster ACR, a 91/30 Mosin Nagant and a Savage .22 bolt action

the Berettas are the only fire-arms I keep for home-defense...rifles are a no go for me inside the house because of bullet penetration. not to mention firing a .30 cal indoors with no ear protection is not something i want to do.

my father told me before I bought my first gun for home defense that you have to ask yourself the question, are you prepared to take a life if you have to (in the event someone breaks in etc.) if the answer is yes, proceed with the purchase, if you have to think about it or the answer is no...then don't.

that being said, unless you have ever been in a situation where your life is potentially in danger, you won't really know how you will react when the adrenaline kicks in the fight or flight response.

obviously i am a supporter of the right to keep and bear arms

Everyone has weapons in their homes... The only way they don't is if they don't have a home. Guns aren't the only "Weapons", you can kill with any number of things. Some easier then others, sure.

But when I say weapon I mean something for the purpose of being a weapon. I don't mean a flimsy steak knife or maybe a baseball bat. You might be able to kill someone with bleach ,but can you use it for self-defense.

Why do you value your lives so much that you would kill someone in order to retain them?
What makes you that much better than the other person?
