Anyone build model kits?
|
Would I need to use glue for this thing or what do I need?

While I've never bought anything with that much work involved (200-piece kit
), I'm assuming you will need everything in this article:http://addictedtoplastic.blogspot.com/2007/02/how-to-assemble-gundam-model-cheaply.html So you'll need clippers, model cement, and most all...patience. If you plan on jumping in to this world, good luck! As for me... |

I collect Muv-Luv Koto kits and as far as I know, these are made with snap-together parts. Pretty sure glue is only used for small trivial things on the kit, but the main body you can just follow the directions and snap together the parts.
If you like Muv-Luv and you're still interested in getting something like this, there are pre-built ones you can buy for around the same price. |

Amazon would be the biggest place to get them. Just search "Muv Luv Revoltech".
Hope that helps |

Um, no you most certainly do not need cement. All you need is some wire clippers and hobby knife to file down nubs, they are snap fit. That said, I'd recommend going with a Revoltech, since Kotobukiya kits are notorious for their brittle plastic that is known for breaking. These type of kits usually would take about 3-4 hours or so if you did it straight with no breaks.
