Yes! I was on the radio for like 6 seconds about 8-9 years ago. We were interviewed in school about what we wanted to be when we're older. I said an astronaut. My, how things have changed ^_^

I have also been on TV a few times at low-attendance inter-county Gaelic Football matches, when the crowd is in shot.

And the newspaper when my football team won the local championship.

>>Edit; Did I misunderstand the topic?

Lol I've done a shout-out via Radio for my HS graduation! Lol it's on YouTube xD

And nope. Lol our few seconds of fame - regardless of where/when/how - is our moment no matter what.

I did. Lol R.I.P My first forum topic.

And actually I was in this two-part special called "Geek Love" (I believe). It took place during the NYCC speed dating site in 2011. They interviewed my cousin and had her as one of the contestants who was rejected because she didn't like the Star Wars guy.

I was the person standing next to her. I literally got 5 seconds of air time.

At least I could say I was on TV. (BTW speed-dating show was COMPLETELY RIGGED! FAKE COUPLE AND EVERYTHING!!!)

How about you?

hmmmm... when I came up with this idea for the company I worked for yes I got some some fame... from all my bosses

Ohhh what was it???

and thats mines

That's cool! Programming is kinda difficult but I understand where you're coming from. And that's great your bosses recognized you! Nothing moves you up like recognition. is it still being utilized? Lol did you patent that coding?!

OMG I had that same moment!!!!!! But for me it was my first goal EVER!!!! I played defense and they switched me to the front of the field. I to them I sucked as a striker but my captain had faith in me. After two failed attempts, I had one last try. He yelled out SHOOT NOW and by instinct I did it!!!! I WAS STOKED!!!! I literally ran off the field yelling GOOOOOOOOOOAL and nearly tackled my best friend who was by the stands. XD

(Coming from a Spanish/Italian background - it was obvious soccer's in my blood xD)

hmmm. they probably still do.... the first guy who was contracted was from a different dimension.. if you know what I mean.... but I believe they still use my code that I injected... I have since moved from that company 3 years ago. for a job offered to me from a different company which I still work for today... and its like job security since I watch anime half the time at work now. I have not patent my code since its universal.... and I believe in opensource....

About three years ago I caught this repeat thief at my store that was literally getting away with $100 worth of products a week, he went to jail, apparently he'd been stealing at all kinds of places. So my manager bought me lunch for a week! A month or 2 later, I was coming in to work an evening shift, I passed an aisle and for whatever reason glanced down it, saw him stuffing some items down his pants, I quickly whipped around and followed, as he seemed to recognize me, I shouted for a manager, and BAM, that guy was caught just outside the store... By a cop that funny enough was on his way in to buy something lol. I had no TV time but my manager bought me 2wks worth of lunch and even to this day that story is told to new employees by my manager!

Im not for sure if this counts but i illustrated a children's book once, but alas it was only sold locally and didn't have a chance of popularity.

That's an awesome story - much more worthy than 2 seconds of fame!

I hate thieves! (Especially stupid ones! XD) like God - there isn't anywhere else you could have stolen from - had to be same SAME SPOT you've been caught in before????? Smh.

As an aspiring writer, I am DEFINITELY counting that! I've wanted to write children's books but I definitely give credit to the illustrators for bringing the story to life. What book?

Interviewed Bradley Cooper at Comic-con for the A-Team premiere. Oddly it was for a relatively unknown site. Every camera was on me though. Showed up on so many damn sites.

I remember when I made this fanart thing, it kinda circulated through facebook one day, and also on various manga sharing sites:

It was seriously the greatest moment of my life. But then i realized no one will probably ever know it was me who made it, *crays*

Also, I was known at my high school as being entertainingly creepy. For this haunted house thing, I was told to walk slowly back and forth in this dark hallway, with my hair covering my face, and making creepy sounds. From word of mouth, I was the most talked-about thing for the Haunted house, lol.

OHHHH THAT'S AWESOME!!! And ROFL @ fanart picture!!

And ah - the fate of fanartists: art known by unknown artists. It's okay though! As long as the pic goes on!

And that's cool too with the haunted house. Do you still do it?

Nah. I wish I can, but I already graduated. xD

i was an orchestra member before, and we used traditional chinese instruments so we always get more attention than other orchestras. we were playing at this huge hotel for the taiwan anniversary idk thing and i got featured on screen for a few seconds. my mum took a picture of it and i kinda looked awkward -_-

and also this one time i was horsing around at the podium because we werent starting yet. i was wearing my qi pao and people thought i was the speaker. everyone started filming and taking photos.
