Jurou nods, licking his fingers. In the time it took Jacob to finish one strawberry, he had finished all 5 left over.
He sucks on his thumb, making a small pop noise when he takes it out of his mouth. He waits for the hand-sanitizer.

He takes the trash to the waste bin and then returns to his seat. In a small pouch in his bag, he pulled out a bottle of sanitizer. He puts some in Jurou's hands before doing the same to his own and rubbing it in quickly. He was always a little fascinated by how it dries fast. It was such a strange marvel he had. He puts away the bottle and grins at Jurou.
"Oh! I never asked you... Uh. Where are you from, if you don't mind me asking."

Jurou's smile goes to a flat line as he rubs his hands together and calculates the question.
"I'm... Well, I don't remember who I was before I died, so I can't say that exactly. But I used to be in the heavens before I was... Well..."
He looks away. He's never really liked having to admit he's fallen because he was framed. Usually no one believes him, or they act like he's still a pest for falling in the first place.
He glances back at Jacob, waiting for his reaction.

He looks confused at first but then his face turns warm again.
"We all make mistakes, Jurou... Even I... have.." He rubs the back of his neck, a little ashamed. Being born was one of them... to some..
"I do not judge by past faults. I believe people can and do change." He smiles kindly. He did not mind the fact that he was no longer an angel. It didn't matter. What mattered was the here and the now. Nothing else.

"I was banished from the heavens by the goddess of love, Venus, for betrayal and adultery." He says promptly, as if he expects the statement would throw Jacob off.
A bit to loudly, as well, as other people in the classroom could easily hear.
He looks at him with a stone face, the one he usually has. But there's something in his eyes. He's more innocent than he seems.

Kahl turns back to the food on his desk and looks at it. It's a simple salad with a slice of french bread. He hesitantly picks up the fork that was also placed on his desk and proceeds to try the salad, satisfied when it didn't taste so bad. He continues eating and takes a moment to just relax and calm down from all the anger he's inherited lately.

Chi walks in, walking over to the backpack she had left. It was clear she had been crying and hid her face with her hair. She made no attempt to do anything except grab her bag and then leave once again.

He looks deep into Jurou's eyes for a moment before shaking his head.
"I do not see you as the type to do anything wrong... not worth banishment anyways." He leaned forward lightly. "I'm not one.. for reading people but you seem too kind to do someone wrong. Even if I've only known you for about an hour now." He smiles more. and his ears perk up.

Kahl stops eating as he watches Chi walk back in. He's about to say thank you when he notices how red her eyes were. His words get caught in his throat as he watches her grab her bag and leave the room again, head bowed.
"That was odd." He glances at the doorway where she left. He felt he should follow her, but at the same time any problem of hers wasn't any of his business and he wasn't in the mood to go looking for trouble with the pink haired beauty. He shrugged and finished the rest of his food, deciding it was nothing he should worry about.

"Well, then you're an idiot." he mumbles, his ears reddening slightly.
He turns away from Jacob and towards his desk. He puts away his strawberry container, and then takes out his book. He silently reads while tapping his foot.
