I lived in Austin, TX for a while and got to meet a good handful of bands, various band members, people in the music industry, some models, etc. since it's a pretty happenin' city. I ran into Matthew McConaughey several times, but he's more of an annoyance than a celebrity there.

I once thought I saw James Marsters, but was too busy hyperventilating to be sure.

I don't know if he's a celebrity, but he's a famous author. I met R.A. Salvatore at a book signing and got a picture of me, him, and my friend.

When me and my sister were younger, we were huge fans of the Nancy Drew movie or whatever, so we kind of met Emma Roberts @ some mall fan meet thing. But I've never had a deep & serious conversation with a celeb, sadly.

I know people who've met/been friends with them. My aunt (though she's not my biological aunt, my grandpa remarried, it's a long story), has lived in NY for most of her life, and she and her friends have worked in the film industry, so they've definitely seen and or interacted with celebrities. They told me that some are jerks and others are very courteous/normal people. They even know people who've done dirty deeds with high profile celebs (one of the mentioned was Ryan Gosling).

I don't live in a city, let alone a high profile city, I've seen a few people who look like celebs but probably were not (I can't remember who they looked though), but yeah, other than that, my sightings of Hollywood actors.... pretty much nonexistent.

Man, so many of you are so lucky, getting to see/even meet all these famous people.

Hell yeah the Undertaker counts. The guy is literally world famous.

He's a celebrity in my book. See what I did there? Drizzt Do'urden is one of the best fantasy characters ever IMO...

Does being in the presence of best selling authors count to? If so, just J.K. Rowling at a release of the Deathly Hallows book signing at Kodak Theatre.
