It's not a bug. they just started uploading the episodes starting at episode 14. they're still trying to get the rights or whatever so they can put eps 1-13 up. most people on here are waiting till they do that such as myself.

As per the show's announcement thread, the date for the addition of the previous 13 episodes is/was not set yet, but they are coming eventually.

Yeah I'm kind of hoping they get those episodes up, isn't very fun to start a series that far in... :/
