I use chrome everywhere, I love how everything is synced and it's super fast.
I love being able to read something at work, and use any number of my connected machines to pull the article back up to show someone.

Use Firefox most of the time, but sometimes I like to use Chrome. IE just sits in the corner, collecting dust, never to be used... Kinda sad, really.

I've used EI, Firefox, and Chrome, and I prefer Chrome. But I know someone who prefers Firefox. So long as it isn't IE, I'm fine. Never used Opera before, so I can't comment on that one.
